Administrative and Academic Requirements for Final Project – Digital Business Study Program
NEW REGULATIONS FOR RESEARCH PROPOSAL AND RESULTS SEMINAR REGISTRATION (FINAL ASSIGNMENT GUIDE 2025)
1. Research Proposal Seminar
Administrative Requirements:
Active Status: Registered as an active UNM student for the current semester (evidenced by the Study Plan Card/KRS).
Application Form: Complete the Final Project proposal submission form, signed by all supervisors.
Grade Report: Submit a photocopy of the latest Semester Grade Report (KHS).
Transcript: Submit a temporary academic transcript legalized by the study program/department.
Tuition Proof: Submit a photocopy of the current semester's Tuition Fee (UKT/SPP) payment receipt.
Attendance Record: Attach proof of attending at least 5 (five) other proposal seminars.
Guidance Record: Submit the Final Project consultation log showing at least 4 (four) accumulative guidance sessions (combined primary and co-supervisor).
Invitation: Deliver the seminar invitation to supervisors and examiners at least 3 (three) days before the event.
Manuscript: The invitation must be accompanied by the proposal manuscript in hardcopy, or softcopy with the prior consent of the supervisors and examiners.
Academic Requirements:
Complete research proposal manuscript.
The research topic must be relevant to the study program's field of science.
The proposal has been approved by supervisors for seminar submission.
The writing format must comply with academic/study program guidelines (font type, spacing, citation style, etc.).
Plagiarism check result with a maximum similarity index of 20% (excluding the bibliography).
2. Research Results Seminar
Administrative Requirements:
Registered as an active UNM student (evidenced by KRS).
Submit the latest KHS, temporary transcript, and proof of UKT/SPP payment.
Must have enrolled in the Undergraduate Thesis course for the current semester.
Submit proof of the consultation log with at least 8 (eight) guidance sessions (accumulative).
Deliver the results seminar invitation to supervisors and examiners at least 3 (three) days before the event.
Submit 5 (five) hardcopy sets of the thesis manuscript or a softcopy with the supervisor's permission.
Academic Requirements:
Must have passed all compulsory courses with a minimum of 138 Credits (SKS).
The thesis manuscript has been approved by all supervisors (evidenced by signatures).
Plagiarism check result with a maximum similarity index of 20% (excluding the bibliography).
Dress Code Regulations
Proposal Seminar: Black trousers, long-sleeved white shirt, and a necktie for men; women to dress accordingly (formal attire).
Results Seminar: Black trousers, orange alma mater jacket, long-sleeved white shirt, and a necktie for men; women to dress accordingly.
Final Defense (Ujian TA): Black trousers, black alma mater jacket, long-sleeved white shirt, and a necktie for men; women to dress accordingly.
